Ms. Matsuoka was most recently vice president of account management for Cigna’s Northern California business, according to an Aug. 21 news release. She joined Cigna in 2008.
Before joining Cigna, Ms. Matsuoka held sales, account management and leadership positions at several insurers, including Blue Shield of California.
