Clover Health turns 1st profit

Clover Health reported a net income of $7.2 million in the second quarter of 2024, the company’s first-ever profitable quarter.

The company reported a net loss of $28.9 million in the second quarter of 2023. 

Clover Health, which offers Medicare Advantage plans, was founded in 2014, and went public in 2021. 

Total revenue from the company’s insurance products in the third quarter of 2024 was $349.9 million, up 11.3% from the same time period last year. 

Clover Health has 80,261 members.
