Kroger Specialty Pharmacy has been part of Kroger Health since 2012, according to a March 18 news release. The organization serves patients with chronic illness that requires complex care, including rheumatoid arthritis, growth hormone deficiencies, multiple sclerosis and bleeding disorders.
Kroger Specialty Pharmacy is separate from Kroger’s in-store retail pharmacies and The Little Clinics. The deal is expected to close in the second half of 2024.
