Dr. Malloy joins the organization from Elevance Health, where she served as regional vice president and medical director/strategic physician executive focusing on the central and west regions of the U.S., according to a July 19 Community Health Plan of Washington news release.
In her new role, Dr. Malloy will aim to further the managed care organization’s work advancing health equity and whole-person care. She will oversee the company’s clinical services, quality metrics, utilization management functions and member experience, according to the release.
