Humana’s President and CEO Jim Rechtin was paid $18.8 million in total compensation in 2025, the insurer said in regulatory filings published March 6.

CFO Celeste Mellet was the company’s highest-paid executive in 2025, earning $18.9 million in total compensation, including a $6 million bonus. She joined the company in 2025, succeeding former CFO Susan Diamond, who earned $2.4 million in total compensation during her remaining time with the company last year.

The company’s other top-earning executives include CIO Japan Mehta, Chief Human Resources Officer Michelle O’Hara, and CenterWell President Sanjay Shetty, MD.
