Humana sells $11M Texas office complex

Humana has sold a San Antonio office complex valued at $11.3 million after 35 years of ownership, the San Antonio Express-News reported Jan. 14. 

The sale included more than 133,000 square feet of office space and housed Humana’s call center and military services division, according to the report. The company plans to continue leasing space on the property.

“This decision supports our broader strategy to maintain a strong presence in San Antonio while also reducing administrative costs and allowing us to focus more effectively on supporting our members and customers,” a Humana spokesperson told the outlet.
