After a four month split, Richmond, Va.-based Patient First will provide care services at in-network rates to Blue Cross Blue Shield members, reports Richmond Times-Dispatch.

In February, Patient First and BCBS parted ways after the clinic network accused the insurer of significantly reducing reimbursement levels. The companies reached a new agreement Wednesday.

The network policy change is effective immediately. In a prepared statement released Wednesday, Patient First said, “We reached an agreement with Anthem and, effective immediately, are again accepting new patients insured under all Anthem plans,” including Medicaid patients.
