The nation's largest payers have filed their second-quarter earnings reports, revealing which grew their revenues the most year over year.

Illinois is increasing Medicaid reimbursement rates for abortion providers by 20 percent, CBS Chicago reported Aug. 4. 

Aetna is entering the ACA individual insurance marketplace in seven California counties for 2023.
