A federal lawsuit from UnitedHealth Group was dismissed in May against two former executives, which alleged they stole and used confidential company information to create their own competing product for diabetes management.

UnitedHealth Group's board of directors authorized a $2.10 per-share cash dividend to be paid on June 25.
