Nava Benefits launches benefits search engine

Nava Benefits has launched a search engine to allow employers to search for employee benefit plans, including health plans.

The New York City-based benefits broker says the Nava Benefits Search Engine will offer more than 600 plans in categories that include telehealth, fertility, addiction, wellness coaching, direct primary care, tuition assistance and mental health, according to a March 15 press release.

Employers can also search for a specific payer and find detailed payer information, reviews from human resources leaders and data to help them understand which benefits similar companies offer to their employees.

“Employers are facing intense labor market pressure to stay competitive with their benefits, and the stakes have never been higher. But for too long, they have struggled to figure out which benefits they should offer, which vendors they should consider, and how much these benefits will cost,” Brandon Weber, Nava co-founder and CEO, said. “That changes today with the Nava Benefits Search Engine.”

The search engine is free for any payer to join. There are no sponsored or premium placements that would allow for payers to buy their way to the top of a category.
