The acquisition brings Integrity further into the Midwestern Medicare Advantage market, according to the Aug. 10 announcement.

Star Benefit Associates administers the oldest Medicare Advantage PPO in Indiana, which it launched as a CMS pilot program in 2002. The insurer’s president, Pam Evans, will join Integrity as a managing partner.
Finances associated with the deal were not disclosed.
