Integrity Marketing Group acquires FMO that helped launch one of first Medicare PPO’s in Indiana

Dallas-based insurance product distributor Integrity Marketing Group recently acquired Indianapolis-based Star Benefit Associates.

The acquisition brings Integrity further into the Midwestern Medicare Advantage market, according to the Aug. 10 announcement

“Star Benefit Associates is well respected for their expertise in Medicare Advantage and has built a reputation for always putting people first,” said Bryan Adams, co-founder and CEO of Integrity Marketing Group. “Partnering with Integrity will allow them to continue their important work on an even higher level. We’re thrilled that Star Benefit Associates is joining the Integrity family and can’t wait to see this partnership impact their future growth.”

Star Benefit Associates administers the oldest Medicare Advantage PPO in Indiana, which it launched as a CMS pilot program in 2002. The insurer’s president, Pam Evans, will join Integrity as a managing partner. 

Finances associated with the deal were not disclosed.
