Indianapolis-based insurer Renaissance plans to fill 82 customer-service and claims-processing positions as it ramps up to manage Medicare Supplement plans in various states, reports Indianapolis Business Journal.
The insurer said it will hire 22 managers and 60 customer-service representatives, and plans to convert 70 temporary staff members into full-time employees.
Renaissance recently expanded into Texas and Nevada, where it sells group plans.
