Humana added Cincinnati and Detroit to its Bold Goal initiative, which is a population health strategy that aims to improve the health of the communities in the program, the insurer said May 11.
The Bold Goal program launched in 2015 and focuses on addressing social determinants of health like food insecurity, social isolation, housing quality and loneliness.
To date, 16 cities are a part of Humana's Bold Goal initiative. They are:

Louisville, Ky.
