Blue Shield of California will be the only choice for Covered California enrollees in six counties, as well as for Covered California enrollees in parts of seven other counties.
Anthem’s policy change in total will affect about 153,000 individuals, California Healthline reports.
Anthem attributed its decision to various factors, such as instability in the individual ACA marketplace, the report states.
