Cleveland Clinic signs 1st contract with Molina Healthcare of Ohio for Medicaid

Cleveland Clinic joined Molina Healthcare of Ohio’s Medicaid network Aug. 1.

The agreement marks the first time the two organizations contracted for Medicaid coverage. Under the agreement, Molina Healthcare of Ohio’s Medicaid policyholders will gain access to Cleveland Clinic’s entire system.

The news comes as Cleveland Clinic and CareSource, a Dayton, Ohio-based Medicaid managed care plan, may end their in-network relationship Sept. 1 due to a contract impasse.
