The insurer announced Oct. 15 that Benjy Green will helm its Texas market. Mr. Green brings leadership experience from Magellan, Cigna-HealthSpring and UnitedHealthcare as he charters AmeriHealth Caritas’ efforts in the Lone Star State.
AmeriHealth Caritas also named Mark Grippi president of AmeriHealth Caritas Ohio, its state Medicaid plan, according to the Oct. 13 announcement. Mr. Grippi steps into the position after AmeriHealth Caritas Ohio was one of seven plans selected to serve the state’s Medicaid managed care program.
