7. Regence BlueCross BlueShield of Utah welcomed Audrey Glasby as its strategic communications manager.
8. Dennis Hesch assumed the role of president and CEO of Health Alliance Medical Plans.
9. BlueCross BlueShield of Western New York promoted Katie Hurley to vice president of digital strategy and innovation.
10. Humana Chief Human Resources Officer Tim Huval was named chief administrative officer.
11. Regence BlueCross BlueShield of Utah named Amy J. Khan, MD, its executive medical director.
12. Edmund Kroll, senior vice president of finance and investor relations for Centene Corp., is retiring.
13. BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee promoted Mandy Savage to director of investment management and assistant treasurer.
14. Cory Scott is no longer the CEO of a joint venture between Arlington-based Texas Health Resources and Aetna.
