1. MemorialCare Health System back in-network with Anthem Blue Cross
Fountain Valley, Calif.-based MemorialCare Health System reached a definitive agreement to network with Anthem Blue Cross after cutting ties Aug. 15.
2. Centegra drops Aetna Better Health Medicaid plan
Crystal Lake, Ill.-based Centegra Health System will stop accepting Aetna Better Health Medicaid plan Sept. 1.
3. Cleveland Clinic, CareSource extend contract through November
Cleveland Clinic and CareSource, a Medicaid managed care plan in Dayton, Ohio, agreed to extend their in-network contract until Dec. 1.
4. BCBS Oklahoma calls Stillwater Medical Center contract concerns 'pure speculation'
Tulsa-based Blue Cross Blue Shield of Oklahoma is working to ease any concerns Stillwater (Okla.) Medical Center and other providers may have regarding their contracts.
5. BCBS of Oklahoma's contract with Sequoyah Memorial Hospital expires
The contract between Tulsa-based Blue Cross Blue Shield of Oklahoma and Sallisaw, Okla.-based Sequoya Memorial Hospital expired Aug. 1.
6. Mission Health calls BCBS' removal of providers from online directory 'overt and senseless action'
Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina in Durham removed Asheville, N.C.-based Mission Health System providers from its online directory ahead of a looming Oct. 5 contract deadline, the health system reported.
7. Summit Health signs Medicare agreement with Humana
Chambersburg, Pa.-based Summit Health and Humana in Louisville, Ky., contracted to allow Humana's Medicare customers in-network access to Summit Health's facilities and providers.
8. Anne Arundel Medical Center, CareFirst end contract spat
Annapolis, Md.-based Anne Arundel Medical Center and CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield in Baltimore inked a three-year in-network contract Aug. 4.
9. Sparks Clinic physicians, UnitedHealthcare split ties
Sparks Clinic physicians in Forth Smith, Ark., went out of network with Minnetonka, Minn.-based UnitedHealthcare Aug. 1.
10. HealthAlliance, Empire strike tentative deal after more than year-long dispute
Kingston, N.Y.-based HealthAlliance of the Hudson Valley and New York City-based Empire BlueCross BlueShield tentatively resolved a dispute ongoing since May 2016.
11. Mission Health, Aetna sign in-network agreement
Asheville, N.C.-based Mission Health System and Hartford, Conn.-based Aetna inked a multiyear contract effective Oct. 1.
