Indianapolis-based Indiana University Health is selling its health plan to Elevance Health's Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield for an undisclosed amount.

Selling Blue Cross Blue Shield of Louisiana is "completely off the table" for new CEO Bryan Camerlinck, Business Report reported Aug. 29. 

UnitedHealth Group is reportedly considering picking up the third-largest ambulatory surgical center operator in the U.S., and is awaiting approval of its proposed acquisition of home health provider Amedisys. 

UnitedHealth Group is among the potential buyers of ambulatory surgical center operator Surgery Partners, Bloomberg reported Aug. 23, citing sources close to the matter.
