UnitedHealth Group has named Dennis Stankiewicz as chief accounting officer, effective March 2.
Tom Roos, who has served as CAO since 2015, has been named CFO at Optum Insight, the company said in regulatory filings.
Mr. Stankiewicz will continue to serve as UnitedHealth’s corporate controller, a position he has held since April 2023. He first joined the company in 2016 as general auditor. He will receive an annual salary of $550,000 and will be eligible for an annual cash bonus of 85% of his salary, along with annual and long-term stock-based awards.
