CareSource promoted Jason Bearden to regional market president and tapped David Donohue and Eric Van Allen as market presidents for Georgia and Arkansas, respectively, according to Jan. 13 news releases.
Mr. Bearden previously oversaw the Georgia market but will now expand his leadership role to include Arkansas and Mississippi. He will focus on market strategy, growth and care delivery throughout the region.
Mr. Donohue will take over Mr. Bearden’s former role, prioritizing market growth and strategies to promote care access and better health outcomes in Georgia. He was previously the Arkansas market president, where he worked on crisis interventions, institutional transitions and remote supports.
As Mr. Van Allen serves the Arkansas market, he will work on operations, strategy, provider relationships and member experience for CareSource Provider-led Arkansas Shared Savings Entity members. PASSE is a Medicaid program that supports those with complex behavioral health, developmental or intellectual disabilities through a care coordination model. Before his new position, Mr. Van Allen was CareSource’s vice president of business development, contributing to Michigan and Nevada’s adoption of CareSource for Medicaid solutions.
