The payer will offer health benefits to a portion of the nearly 1 million adults and children who qualify for the general MO HealthNet Managed Care Program, according to a May 12 UnitedHealthcare news release.

Benefits begin July 1 and include access to behavioral health, physical health, long-term care and community providers.

At the Becker's 5th Annual Fall Payer Issues Roundtable, taking place November 17–19 in Chicago, payer executives and healthcare leaders will come together to discuss value-based care, regulatory changes, cost management strategies and innovations shaping the future of payer-provider collaboration.
