The open positions are in direct marketing operations. Employees will work with national phone sales and enrollment assistance in Humana’s Medicare program. The new workers will provide more assistance to Humana during the Medicare open enrollment period, which runs from October through December.
One-third of the new hires will work full-time and receive benefits, while the other two-thirds will be seasonal and full-time positions for a maximum of six months, according to the report.
