Austin, Texas-based Sendero Health Plans selected Stony Brook, N.Y.-based health IT provider Softheon to assist with its enrollment, financial management, reporting and analytics operations.
Sendero, which covers more than 20,000 members, sourced Softheon to specifically address plan enrollment and payment reconciliation. The insurer implemented the solution in 17 days.
"Once again, our team has completed a full end-to-end implementation in an exceptionally short amount of time," Eugene Sayan, founder and CEO of Softheon, said in a prepared statement. "We know how important it is for our clients to be up and running as quickly as possible, and we consider this to be a business imperative, not just a 'nice-to-have' feature."
