Ranmali Bopitiya is joining Oscar Health as the payer's chief legal officer, effective Jan. 31.
Prior to joining Oscar Health, Ms. Bopitiya served as Everside Health's chief legal officer. She also served Colorado Permanente Medical Group of Kaiser Permanente as its vice president and general counsel.
