Humana execs selling $20M in shares as prices near record highs

Four Humana executives said they're selling thousands of shares as stock prices near an all-time high, according to Louisville Business First.

According to filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission cited by the publication, Jody Bilney, strategic adviser for Humana, plans to sell 11,432 shares for roughly $3.9 million. Elizabeth Bierbower, also a strategic adviser for Humana, plans to offload 23,955 shares for roughly $8.3 million.

Timothy Huval, Humana's chief administrative officer, said he is going to sell 7,373 shares for about $2.5 million. In a previous report, Louisville Business First said Timothy Alan Wheatley, Humana's retail segment president, would sell 15,019 shares for $5.1 million.

All together, the leaders intend to sell nearly $20 million in stock.
