Thirty-five percent of CareSource’s 2,900 employees — 2,000 located in Dayton — work from home, and the “hotel” space will act as a “touch-down” space when employees need access to office resources, CareSource’s Chief Administrator Dan McCabe said. The space includes desks, laptop docking stations, chairs and shelves.

The space is part of CareSource’s new downtown Dayton office that will house 260 non-mobile workers.
