Families who qualify for Covered Connecticut could access Anthem’s Silver PPO Standard Pathway health plan, tools and programs at no cost, according to a June 16 news release from the payer.
Through the Covered Connecticut program, the state pays monthly premiums and cost-sharing amounts including deductibles, copays, coinsurance and maximum out-of-pocket costs on behalf of participating members, according to the news release.
Covered Connecticut is open to parents/caretakers and their dependents, according to its website. To qualify, they must have a household annual income greater than 160 percent and up to 175 percent of the federal poverty line and at least one dependent child in the household under age 19.
