Medica has named Missy Durant as its first chief people officer.
Ms. Durant will be responsible development and delivery of human resources programs and talent management. She will also oversee corporate communications and DEI initiatives, according to a Dec. 6 news release.
Minnetonka, Minn.-based Medica offers employer, individual, Medicaid and Medicare plans and operates in 12 states.
